You are more than welcome to be present while we clean, our team will try to work around you as best they can.
We absolutely adore your pets! In fact we love to share pictures of our clients pets on our Facebook page! (with your consent of course) we consider them part of our team
We recommend a weekly or bi-weekly service to keep your home fresh, clean, and to avoid additional charges. Once we have added your email to our system you will have access to our secure client hub to view your upcoming visits.
We understand, life happens! We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling your appointment. If notice is not given you will still be charged for the service or a cancellation fee.
We will try our best to reschedule an appointment for you if needed. Please give us as much advance notice as possible about any changes.
If you would like additional cleaning done at your next clean please let us know through the request form on our contact page or give us a call or text. We will try and squeeze the extras into the schedule, advance notice is appreciated.
